Wellington Regional Camp 2018

El Rancho camp in Waikanae

Yes we are overdue for a Regional camp - and this will be the first one in summer for as long as most can remember..! We are planning a fun, challenging and invigorating weekend, with a mixture of Taekwon-Do and non Taekwon-Do activities, and lots of opportunities for socialising with our Taekwon-Do family.

Camp registrations are limited to 80 and will be on a first-come first-served basis. Registration is not confirmed until the camp payment is made. Registration is only open to those from the Wellington region in the first instance, and priority given to those from the Wellington region.

What to Bring:

Doboks (preferably 2 if you have them) and belt..!
Mouthguard +/- sparring gear if you have it
Drink Bottle
Sleeping bag and pilllow
Toiletries and towel/s
Pyjamas
Rain jacket, change of clothes including something warm, hat, sunscreen
Swimming togs
Running shoes or similar
A friendly and helpful attitude

No alcohol is allowed on the camp grounds. Do not bring anything that you are very worried about losing

Cost

$100 for adult/adolescent (13yo and over), $90 for child (12yo and under - minimum age is 8)

Family groups: adult + child $170, adult + 2 children $220, 2 adults + 1 child $230, 2 adults + 2 children $270 (please enquire re other combinations)

For children (8-12yo) coming without their parent/guardian, there must be a designated adult (i.e. from the same club) per 3 children registered.

Extra Activities

On the registration form please rank your top 3 the following extra activities (everyone will do 2 activities, and every effort will be made to give everyone at least one of their top 3):

Soft Archery
Water Slide
Escape Chapel
Kayak Activity
Go Karts (instructors and black belts only)

Before registering, please note that for this camp, once you have registered you are liable for the full camp fee. If you cannot attend you remain liable for the fee unless a replacement person is found.
