Day 14 Los Angeles Auckland !!

Well, this is it, the last day. So this will probably be the shortest report I have done, but to be honest, there wasn’t much happening today. The team got up this morning, had breakfast, and caught the shuttle from the hotel to a local mall, where more credit cards were utilised.

Then management organised a bus ride to Venice beach! Cost us $12 each, but for 5 hours, we strolled, stared and shopped. I have to say though, and this was a surprise. There were just as many homeless people and beggars there as in Honduras .

Above are Doug and Tim at the beach, and below is Tim having lunch next to his new buddy, a homeless guy, who spent a lot of time pulling his hair, don’t know why, but it put me off my food a little. Incidentally, I had a Joey Marano’s Spicy Chicken and Onion Sandwich. And yes, I can still fell it there 4 hours later!

So, that’s about it really, some people brought T-shirts, some new luggage, some had tattoo’s (relax mum and dad, they are temporary).

This is the shopping boulevard next to the beach, and the last pic I have for you to finish off the day, is the famous Venice Beach weight training outside area.

So, all that remains now is to thank a few people.

Thanks Neil, for putting our reports up so quickly.

A huge thanks to Doug, what a godsend he was.

Thanks Mini, for letting me go and taking care of business at home, can’t wait to see you.

And finally, thanks to the team, what an awesome bunch of people.

So, it’s goodnight from me…and it’s goodnight from Him.
