PREVIOUS NEWS AND INFORMATION ON THE TEAM TWO NEW NEW ZEALAND TEAM MEMBERS NAMED Two new members have been named to
represent NZ at the 12th ITF World Champs. These places came available due to Gemma Walton having to pull out of the team because of family commitments. Gemma will be moving to Australia in the near future and we wish her all the best. CLICK HERE TO SEE THE TEAM NAMES Team Training in Auckland The full Team got together for a training weekend on 27th & 28th January 2001. Coach Andrew Salton and Assistant Coach Paul McPhail took the team through various sessions of sparring work, Patterns, Team Patterns, Special Techniques and Power Breaking. The team also performed at the "Howick in the Park" celebrations, thanks to Manager Carmen Schwager. The organisers donated $1000 to the team and wished them well for the World Champs in July. Various MP's and dignitaries were in attendance and are fully aware of the team's upcoming trip and participation at the Champs.
