This site is awesome. Much better than official Argentina 99.
You guys did a great job on updating a tournament. Thank you.
Arturas Vorobjovas Washington D.C. USA The reason that the crowd cheered "ARGENTINA !!" when the USA v KOREA final
was on is that Marc Cancelliere and his family were born and
raised in
Argentina before moving to the US.

Hi,
I'm Pierre Guenette's mother and I want
to thank you for the news during all the Championship. You
were the only site working and you were very
interesting. I can't write more
because of my poor English.
Congratulations to Mr Patterson and to
all the members of the team.

CONGRATULATIONS We are thrilled for you.
The message came via Abbott Street and Alana had phoned and said that Gray had got a broze metal.
I am sending love and congrats from Mum & Dad and the
rest of your family too.
Safe trip home Love

I know that we always seem to get our fair share of
"odd" results. We have known that this
happens a lot. "Koreans, then home
country" happens a lot. Remember that we all know who
the champions are, win with dignity, lose with pride.
You are the greatest group of people we have, doing the
best job that you can, and New Zealand is proud of you.
Please keep your heads high, and keep the faith. Good luck to all those who are still to compete and well done to those who already have.
Remember there is going to be another chance and another
awesome team in Italy 2001.
Lots of love and hugs,
Andrew Niven, Eva Segedin and Nibun Taekwon-Do New
Zealand.
Hi I am Carlos Martin from Spain, last coach in St.Petesburg. I wish you the very best results for this W.C. If you will have a video after tournament I will pay for one, thank you very much. Well done Matt and Graham you Guys have been doing an excellent job filling us Kiwis with all the latest goss. Hello all,
I wish I was there to compete against you. My name is
Travis Young, Samdan in Austin, TX. I met some of your
juniors out here in Odessa for Mr. Nunez' tournament. I
wanted to wish you all luck.
Now a few questions: How many countries are at the
championships, and about how many competitors. Also there
was a rumour that Juan Antonio Samaranch, president of the IOC
would be visting the competition. Just a rumour?
Travis Young
Hey New Zealand team, how's it going? That's lovely.
I hope you're kicking suitable amounts of arse without getting
too much kicking of your own collective arse. We would
just like to remind Christopher Fisher that he has friends back
in New Zealand and an e-mail (or any communication really) would
be much appreciated. We have no idea if you have been
winning, eating excessive amounts of cheese or recovering in an
alleyway after a steamy encounter with a sultry latino lass
named Bruce. So check your hotmail and hook us up!
Laters --Jamie Gilbert HEY GUYS
You sound like you are having just TOO MUCH FUN!!!! We
wish we were with you. Thinking of you and wishing you
ALL THE BEST!!!!!
We are doing our best to keep training here as interesting and
challenging as possible. So far so good.

us a warm-up with Tae-bo. It was quite awesome.

Hello Matt, Gray and the other legends of the team
I would have emailed earlier, but I just got back from the
Bledisloe Cup in Sydney. Bugger.
It seems things are busy for you all, so I won't keep you.
Suffice it to say: best of luck for the remainder of the
tournament. All the best for the competition.
Please say "Hi" and "Happy Birthday" to Katja
for me, if you see her Gray. And pass on my best to Mr Sandy
Dunbar and everyone from North Scotland. Please pass my best on to
David, and also to Master Bos, Willy van de Mortel, and my friends
in the Spanish team.
Go hard with the haka.
Always

Received Tonee and Chris's E -Mails. Shelley read them out
loud to the Club after training. Great to hear everyone's
having a good time shopping, dining out and checking out the local
talent (ie bellboys and seniorettas). Are there any that
look as good as Ricki Martin Sherylene?? God I'm so
jealous! We can't wait for the Tournament results to start
pouring in. Lawrence you'll be glad to know everythings fine
back here. Club's never been so well behaved, (although we
may have some new strippers in the club not mentioning any names
....MW and KK) They all send there love and best wishes.

Dear New Zealand Team,
Thank you! I am from Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA.
One of the members of the American team is from Plymouth -
his name is Andy Cross. Andy just graduated high
school this past May. His friends here are all
heading off to universities and have been searching for some
web site to get daily updates. I am one of his
friend's mom.
They want to keep track of how the Andy and the American
Team is doing while they are at college. If you have a
moment and can find out, please e-mail me a site/place where
I can get updates on the American team also - I have tried
to contact quite a few of our American organizations but I
have not gotten any response from anyone.
If you can't - I will understand. You may be a little busy
competing (and waiting and waiting). I will enjoy your
daily updates!
GOOD LUCK TEAM NEW ZEALAND!!!!
Chris Phillips
I am not an ITF member, but I am Lawrence's sister. I have been reading your updates, and they are so informative and communicative. Keep up these updates. Us from Bali- Indonesia - wish the NZ team success in the tournament. ~You ar e having a good time- no doubt. NIkki, send me one of those navy guys! All for now- love to all there from far away Indonesia.::x CINDY MANTJIKA::BALI::::INDONESIA Hey everyone!
hope you're all enjoying Argentina (by the sounds of things you
are....) Thanks for the updates, have a great time
and best of luck for the tournament!
Love,
Carolina Dillen and Baradene
Hey you guys.
You sound like your having a lot of fun over there. Well we
are having an interesting time back in little old New Zealand,
especially at PNTA. Surprisingly, since you guys have gone, when
we do things in pairs or groups in class, we are incredibly quiet.
We find ourselves whispering to one another. Some of us came
to a conclusion that it's you seniors that are making all the
noise:-)
We've been preparing for the chocolate fish award. Every night, for the last 20 minutes, we play soccer. I should really be saying this since Justin and Sherylene might be able to contact Tiger club. Anyway, on Monday, Nick said he would make up teams randomly from pulling names out of a hat. Thursday comes, and surprisingly, Matthew, Taryn, Aiden, and Nick end up in the same team. How did that happen?!! I took warm up that day, and typicaly, we did press-ups, 140 of them to be exact. No, they were not one handed ones. We haven't had any major problems, and the black belts are doing a great job. Matthew and Sandi have been taking the beginners classes, and we now have 2 more beginners, from girls high. Tuti, hasn't had anything to say, so he must be pretty impressed. Make sure you bring home plenty of medals, prefurably of the gold colour. See ya when you get home Pip
Hi there people !
Just wanted to say hi, and hoping all is well with you all.

Dear Team
I wake up very early in the morning after lying awake all night, I run
to work, turn on the computer, and rush to the ITFNZ web page, from
there my fingers tremble with excitement at the possibility of an
update from the team. I spend the day checking the web and when I go
home I cannot wait to
get to work again to check the net. I love you guys, keep sending info
back, I am loving the stuff, New Zealand cares and we are listening.
My life, my dreams rest with you.
Hayden Breese.
This is great stuff - thanks!
Sue and i are REALLY EXCITED all ready!
Go team!
Paul McPhail
Hey guys,
sounds like you're having a great time. Coke AND Caramel pud Matt - Seventh Heaven!! (I didn't realise you had Internet connection - totally worth that extra $5 a day ! (Oh - and the food, working toilets, etc, I guess they're nice too :) )
Has anyone seen a Buenos Ares club yet - 1000 students on the floor??
Keep up the great commentaries - real readable, the different
viewpoints work well. Make sure we get a little bit of dirt on
everyone at some stage (but just remember - Mr McPhail doesn't censor
*anything*) :)
(Sue would like a cat whistle or two to go with the cow, lion, sheep
etc - you can explain... ) Find out how much those leather jackets
are.......
