Taekwon-Do Belt Colours

DID YOU KNOW THAT the colours were chosen because they were important in history to the Korean Royal Dynasties? If you wore black, red or blue during the Koguryo or Silla dynasties, then you were a Very Important Person.

We tie the belt around ONCE only to show that we should pursue ONE goal, serve ONE master and be able to win a fight with only ONE blow.
