Broadcast times for Triangle and Stratos confirmed!

Triangle Television and Triangle Stratos confirmed their broadcast times for Taekwon-Do Television 2007. The show runs for eight consecutive weeks on both stations as follows:

Triangle Stratos, Mondays at 9:00pm from 3 December
Triangle Television, Saturdays at 8:00pm from 1 December

Taekwon-Do Television goes nationwide!

ITFNZ Taekwon-Do, Triangle Stratos and Carl and Mark Productions are delighted to announce that Taekwon-Do Television 2007 will be broadcast nationwide by new national television broadcaster Triangle Stratos!

Taekwon-Do Television will be screened on Triangle Stratos in eight half-hour shows starting at 8.30pm on December 1.

People set up to receive subscription-free Freeview will be able to access the programmes on Freeview; Sky TV subscribers can tune in to the programmes on Triangle Stratos on channel 89.

The programmes will also air at 8pm on Saturdays on Triangle Television’s two free-to-air stations in Auckland and Wellington.

The ITFNZ Taekwon-Do National Championships 2007, presented by Epson and Top Ten, were a great success.

Carl and Mark Productions have over 30 hours of footage to cut into eight half hour shows, and the two hour Sky TV special.

SKY TV confirmed!

Taekwon-Do Television is happy to announce that the National Championships 2007 will be broadcast on SKY TV as a two hour special. The show is expected to be aired twice on SKY Sport 1 and twice on SKY Sport 2.

This means that sponsor advertisements, if they meet SKY's quality criteria, will also air on the SKY TV show. Ads produced for sponsors for free as part of their sponsorship package are not guaranteed to meet SKY's quality criteria, and may not air on the SKY TV show.

Epson New Zealand and Top Ten New Zealand agreed today to purchase the naming rights to this year's national tournament and television series:

Thanks to Triangle Television, our limited broadcasting budget will stretch to air Taekwon-Do Television in Auckland and in Wellington!

That means students at almost half of our schools will be able to watch Taekwon-Do Television on television, without waiting for the DVD release!

Teamwork Productions is the production company behind Triangle Television's popular DARPAN show. They are keenly focused on New Zealand's migrant communities.
