Terms & Conditions

By submitting this registration form, I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and complete. I agree to abide by the rules and requirements of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF), the host organisation, and the organisers of the International Instructors Course.

Registration and Payment:
I understand that my registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received. I agree to pay the amount shown on my invoice by the payment due date.

Visa and insurance
It is your responsibility to arrange any travel visa that may be required for your trip to New Zealand. ITFNZ does not provide personalised invitations, visa support letters, or other visa documentation on behalf of the organisation. Any visa requirements and applications are your responsibility to arrange.

You should also ensure that you have appropriate travel and medical insurance for the duration of your stay in New Zealand.

Health and Injury:
I understand that the IIC involves physical activity and that participation carries a risk of injury. If I have an existing injury, health condition or other limitation that may affect my participation, I will advise the organisers. I understand that I may still attend the IIC and participate within my own capabilities, including observing or learning from the sidelines where necessary.

Photography and Video:
I give permission for photographs and video recordings taken of me during the IIC and related events to be used by the organisers for promotional, educational, website, social media and archival purposes, without payment or further approval.

Personal Belongings:
I accept responsibility for my personal belongings and understand that the organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Emergency Medical Care:
In the event of an emergency, I authorise the organisers to arrange appropriate medical assistance if required. I understand that any medical, ambulance or related costs are my responsibility.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
I understand that any cancellation or refund is subject to the cancellation and refund policy for this event. All requests for cancellation or refund must be submitted in writing to the organiser. The organiser has full discretion when considering any refund.

• More than 30 days before the commencement of the IIC: a 20% administration fee will apply to cancellations.
• One month before the commencement of the IIC: a 50% administration fee will apply to cancellations.
• No Show: No refund will be provided where a participant does not attend the IIC without providing written notification to the organiser.
• Unforeseen or exceptional circumstances: A full or partial refund may be considered in cases of unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the organiser. Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.

By registering for the event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted the cancellation and refund policy.

This event is run under the auspices of International Taekwon-Do (ITFNZ Inc).
