Polish Training Sessions 09

A quick look at Mark Trotter & Carolina Dillen in action at their POLAND TRAINING SESSIONS that were run throughout New Zealand, March 2009

February - March 2009 throughout New Zealand

The Polish Training Sessions got of to a great start with Mr Trotter and Ms Dillen teaching a full on day in Whangarei on February 28th.

An enthusiastic group trained all day long and learnt a great deal. The session ended with an Instructors Only presentation and discussion, giving senior members a real insight into the way things are done in Poland.

Mr Trotter sang high praises for Master Dedut from Poland and expressed thanks for his amazing knowledge and experience which we always gives freely with such enthusiasm.

Twice a year a two week training camp is held in Poland, conducted by some of the best and most successful coaches in the world. These camps are hard, action packed and fun.

The aim of this patterns and sparring seminar is to bring to you some of the highlights of these camps as well as club sessions from 2004, 2005, 2006 and most recently 2008, to show you what training in Poland is like.

If you are currently an instructor or coach or aim to be in the future, make sure to register as an instructor to attend the instructors only session. Here you will learn this style in more depth, with a special focus on how to teach it.

Poland has been the top ranked country at all major international events for the greater part of this decade. See how they train, learn some of their methods and secrets and most of all, have some fun!
