The ITF International Instructors Course is a two day seminar open to red belts and above. It was an amazing two days of everything to do with ITF Taekwon-Do, from patterns, fundamentals and sparring, to self defence and philosophy.
The course was run by the ITF Technical Committee - three of the top Masters in the world today. They put across an informative, interesting and fun seminar that everyone enjoys.
