The highly successful Pee Wee Tournament Series is back in 2015.
Dates: Sundays 29th March, 14th June, 20th September 2015
Venue: Valley Road Primary, East Street, Pukekohe Map »
Time: 9.30 am - 3 pm
Host: Counties Manukau
Cost: $20 pp all events entered (pay on the day)
Events: Patterns, Sparring (non contact), Power Punch, Special Technique.
Kids can enter the events they want to on the day.
Age: 12 years and below
On registration competitors will be sorted into groups based on height. These groups will be your division for sparring, power and special technique.
Sparring:
Each competitor will have at least 2 bouts.
Flag System for judging based on best technique used. Strictly no contact. Mouth guard only (no other projective gear required)
Patterns: Designated pattern (4 direction punch okay). If the kids don't know a pattern, they will be judged on some of there basic techniques.
Power punch: Punching a pad across the room. Play offs until winners are determined.
Special Technique: Flying high kick. Play offs until winners are determined.
