Unfortunately the numbers registered for this event was insufficient to make the tournament financially viable.
It was disappointing on the organisers behalf to have spent so much time towards the planning and fundraising to host this event, for it not to go ahead. The current situation with Covid is having such a massive effect.
However the South Island is shifting focus to a some other exciting events, such as a tournament focused seminar with Dr Jake Pearson and a black belt seminar for those grading in July. Plus Instructors Update courses coming soon too.
