MASTER CLASS
Master Marano and Master Trajtenberg
kindly agreed to conduct a Master Class for ITFNZ students of all ranks.
This was a great opportunity for those in the Auckland and Midlands regions
to train under two of the top Instructors in the World.

At the conclusion of the course, ITFNZ held a formal Banquet, open
to everyone, all grades, friends and family. This was a wonderful night
featuring a video tribute to New Zealand's new Masters.

Content of course for 3rd Degree and above:
· patterns from Chon-Ji through Tong-Il, according to level
· steps, traditional and sports sparring
· self-defence
· TKD philosophy
· how to teach the Do
· Umpire theory lessons and practical training
· ITF Umpire qualification “A” class
· ITF Umpire qualification “B” class
· tournament organization
· qualification for ITF International Instructor (4th degree and
higher)
Content of course for red belts and 1st & 2nd Degrees:
· secrets of training in TKD
· theory of Power in TKD
· patterns from Chon-Ji through JUCHE, according to level
· steps, traditional and sport sparring
· self-defence
· the meaning of the Do
· tenets of TKD and student oath
· ITF TKD protocol
· introduction to teaching TKD
· Umpire theory lessons and practical training
· ITF Umpire qualification “B” class
· tournament organization
