Movement, distance, and tactics in sparring.
Timing and reflex.
Different fighter types.
Sparring drills, finding combinations that work for you.
Sparring practise.
*Full sparring gear preferred. Please bring.

Special Techniques
Preparation for special techniques, transfer of energy and use of
reaction force, jumping exercises for improving better height
and/or distance.
Multiple flying techniques.
Review of the international competition rules.

90 mins 9 patterns
Patterns
All patterns up to 3rd dan will be covered.
Two separate groups will run: up to 1st kup and 1st dans to 3rd dans.
Each group will cover patterns for their grade with in depth technical
content. 4th dan patterns on demand.
What do judges look for when pattern judging?
How to improve sharpness and power in your patterns.

Power
Preparation for performing power tests.
Review of the fundamentals of the theory of power, and more importantly
how to apply these to performance.
Distancing and angles for maximum speed.
The importance of core strength.
Review of the international competition rules.

Stretching
The importance of flexibility.
Resistance stretching.
Other forms of stretching.
