Technical Committee Seminar
20-21 January 2007
The ITFNZ Technical Committee had a seminar on
the weekend of 20th and 21st January 2007. The Committee get together
to train, discuss new ideas and standardise techniques.
Highlights of this year's seminar included:
- Senior Examiners meeting and discussion on the current scoring system
- Examiners video scoring exercises and consistency training
- Instructor Development ideas and implementation
- Overseas placement of Instructors in South Korea and Canada
- Update on Teaching of the Do in the ITF
- Development of a Children's syllabus
- Re-cap of techniques taught at the two International Instructors
